Champions Gate Acquisition Corp stanovila cenu IPO 6,5 milionu akcií na 10 USD za akcii

Společnost ChampionsGate Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: CHPGU) (dále jen „společnost“) dnes oznámila cenu své první veřejné nabídky 6 500 000 jednotek za 10,00 USD za jednotku. Jednotky budou pravděpodobně kótovány na burze Nasdaq Global Market („Nasdaq“) a obchodovány pod symbolem „CHPGU“ od 28. května 2025.

Každá jednotka se skládá z jedné kmenové akcie třídy A a jednoho práva na získání jedné osminy kmenové akcie třídy A. Jakmile budou cenné papíry tvořící jednotky samostatně obchodovatelné, kmenové akcie třídy A a práva budou pravděpodobně kótovány na burze Nasdaq pod symboly „CHPG“ a „CHPGR“.

Upisovateli byla udělena 45denní opce na nákup až 975 000 dalších jednotek nabízených společností k pokrytí případných nadměrných úpisů. Nabídka by měla být uzavřena 29. května 2025, s výhradou obvyklých podmínek uzavření.
