Трамп продлил санкции против Ирана

Президент США Дональд Трамп еще на один год продлил односторонние санкции в отношении Ирана. Санкционные меры включают в себя сохранение чрезвычайного положения в отношении Тегерана, введенное после революции в 1979 году. 

Администрация президента США считает, что санкции необходимо продлить, поскольку  отношения между странами по-прежнему не нормализовались. Со времени заключения двусторонних соглашений от 19 января 1981 года, основанных на принципе невмешательства во внутренние дела государств, власти стран не смогли наладить диалог.

Ранее в октябре президент США представил новую стратегию в отношении Ирана, согласно которой Тегеран признается виновным во вмешательстве в конфликты в Ираке, Афганистане, Сирии и Йемене. Наряду с этим Трамп намерен изменить условия ядерного соглашения с Ираном и ввести дополнительные санкции против иранского военно-политического формирования Корпуса стражей исламской революции.
