Стоимость золота снижается на фоне сильного отчета по ВВП США за четвертый квартал.

ВВП США в годовом выражении достиг 2,6%, тогда как в 2017 году составил 2,2%. Экономический рост страны в 2018 году был самым сильным с 2015 года.

Публикация данных укрепила доходность казначейских облигаций и курс американской валюты, что, в свою очередь, негативно отразилось на цене золота.

При этом ранее драгоценный металл получил поддержку за счет провала переговоров между США и Северной Кореей. Президент США Дональд Трамп прекратил переговоры с главой КНДР Ким Чен Ыном из-за требований полностью снять санкции США.

По состоянию на 18:00 мск стоимость фьючерса на золото на Нью-Йоркской бирже упала на 0,31%, до $1312,05 за унцию, достигнув в ходе сегодняшних торгов минимума за последние 2 недели.
