Цены на нефть в пятницу утром демонстрируют стабильность после уверенного подъема днем ранее. Октябрьские фьючерсы на Brent на ICE Futures достигли $67,87 за баррель, тогда как октябрьский контракт на WTI на NYMEX вырос до $63,73 за баррель.

Поддержку рынку в четверг оказало снижение ожиданий скорого урегулирования конфликта на Украине: отсутствие прогресса усилило опасения по поводу новых санкций против России и ее партнеров.

Дополнительным фактором роста стали данные Минэнерго США: запасы нефти в стране сократились на 6,01 млн баррелей, а бензина – на 2,72 млн, что свидетельствует о высоком спросе.

Сегодня внимание трейдеров сосредоточено на выступлении главы ФРС Джерома Пауэлла на симпозиуме в Джексон-Хоуле. Рынок ждет сигналов о возможном снижении ставок, которое может стимулировать экономику и поддержать спрос на энергоносители.
