Поступили сообщения, что эпидемия вируса Covid-19 в Китае постепенно сходит на нет: сократилось число новых пациентов, также регистрируется меньше смертей в день. При этом угроза вируса не исчезла совсем, однако рынки получили сигнал о том, что ситуация в Китае возвращается к норме.

Председатель Си Цзиньпин объявил, что целевые показатели экономического роста Китая на 2020 год не изменятся, несмотря на негативное влияние эпидемии коронавируса. По мнению большинства аналитиков, сохранение годового прогноза ВВП на прежнем уровне означает, что правительство готовит сильные стимулирующие программы.

Позитивные новости из Китая благоприятно сказались на фондовых рынках: основные  китайские и европейские фондовые индексы торгуются в зеленой зоне.  Фондовые биржи США сегодня закрыты из-за празднования Президентского дня, но завтра, скорее всего, также покажут рост.
