Společnost Fluor nesplnila očekávání pro 4. čtvrtletí, akcie klesly kvůli slabému výhledu

IRVING, Texas – Společnost Fluor Corporation (NYSE:FLR) v úterý oznámila výsledky za čtvrté čtvrtletí, které zaostaly za očekáváním analytiků, a její akcie klesly o -1,38 % v reakci na tento výsledek a slabší než očekávaný výhled pro nadcházející fiskální rok.

Inženýrská a stavební společnost vykázala upravený zisk na akcii ve výši 0,48 USD, což je výrazně pod konsensem analytiků ve výši 0,78 USD. Tržby za čtvrtletí dosáhly 4,26 miliardy USD, což zaostalo za odhady 4,48 miliardy USD a představuje pokles oproti stejnému období loňského roku.

Výhled společnosti Fluor na fiskální rok 2025 investory rovněž zklamal. Společnost předpokládá zisk na akcii v rozmezí 2,25 až 2,75 USD, přičemž středová hodnota 2,50 USD je výrazně pod konsensem analytiků ve výši 2,95 USD.

Společnost rovněž oznámila změnu ve vedení, kdy současný provozní ředitel Jim Breuer převezme od 1. května 2025 funkci generálního ředitele. Constable přejde ke stejnému datu do role výkonného předsedy představenstva.
