Чистая прибыль корпорации Microsoft за первое полугодие 2019-2020 финансового года выросла на 29,5% в годовом выражении, достигнув $22,327 млрд. Общая выручка за отчетный период увеличилась на 13,6%, составив $69,961 млрд.

Акции компании в самом начале торгового дня подорожали на 3,12%, до $173,30 за штуку, установив новый исторический рекорд стоимости.

Кроме того, хорошие финансовые результаты показали и другие крупные американские компании: Apple, Tesla, Facebook.

При этом рост фондового рынка США сдерживается волнениями по поводу распространения коронавируса, поскольку многим компаниям пришлось частично приостановить свой бизнес в Китае.
