Аналитики исследовательского института IFO (Institute for Economic Research) рассчитали, что профицит платежного баланса Германии по-прежнему останется крупнейшим в мире в 2018 году, несмотря на рост напряженности в мировых торговых отношениях.

Два предыдущих года Германия также занимала первое место в мире по профициту торгового баланса, согласно прогнозу, в текущем году он достигнет $299 млрд. Показатель демонстрирует разницу купли-продажи товаров, услуг и инвестиций.

Второе место принадлежит Японии с профицитом в $200 млрд, третье – Нидерландам с показателем порядка $100 млрд.

Предыдущий лидер – Китай, скорее всего, не войдет в тройку из-за увеличения объема импорта и снижения доходов от капитала, находящегося за рубежом. Тогда как США продолжают оставаться крупнейшим держателем торгового дефицита, который, по предварительным подсчетам, достигнет $480 млрд.

Аналитики международного валютного фонда (МВФ) и Еврокомиссии (ЕК) настоятельно рекомендуют властям Германии проводить меры, обеспечивающие рост внутреннего спроса и увеличение импорта. По их мнению, сокращение глобальной экономической диспропорции должно стимулировать дальнейший рост мировой экономики.
