IPO se skládalo z 1 750 000 kmenových akcií třídy A, z nichž každá měla nominální hodnotu 0,0001 USD, za celkový hrubý výtěžek 7 milionů USD před odečtením upisovacích slev, provizí a nákladů spojených s nabídkou.
Kromě toho společnost Haoxin poskytla upisovatelům 45denní opci na nákup dalších až 262 500 kmenových akcií třídy A za cenu veřejné nabídky, avšak s odečtením upisovacích slev a provizí. Zástupci upisovatelů pro tuto nabídku jsou společnosti Craft Capital Management LLC a WestPark Capital, Inc.
