Политические риски угрожают кредитным рейтингам Латинской Америки

Рейтинговое агентство Moody’s опубликовало отчет, посвященный проблемам стран Латинской Америки, под названием «Политические риски являются главной угрозой для кредитных перспектив». В документе эксперты агентства отметили высокий уровень политической нестабильности в крупных латиноамериканских странах: Мексике, Бразилии, Чили и Венесуэле. 

Ранее эти государства уже входили в список стран с «негативным» прогнозом по своему кредитному национальному рейтингу. Moody’s полагает, что подобное положение дел в перечисленных странах может пагубно сказаться на экономической и финансовой стабильности всего региона и снизит привлекательность стран для иностранных инвесторов. 

Рейтинговые прогнозы усугубляются еще и предстоящими в некоторых странах в 2017-2018 годах выборами, победа на которых может достаться политическим партиям, выступающим против реформ кредитно-финансовой системы своих стран. При этом во многих странах Латинской Америки уровень антикоррупционного контроля сведен к минимальному. Бразилия, Аргентина и Перу имеют «низкий» уровень контроля над коррупцией, а Мексика, Венесуэла, Боливия, Гватемала и Парагвай – «очень низкий».
