Саудовская Аравия и Индия стали крупнейшими покупателями российского мазута

Согласно данным LSEG, в июле основными направлениями экспорта российского мазута и вакуумного газойля (ВГ) стали Саудовская Аравия и Индия.

Поставки в Саудовскую Аравию составили около 1,1 млн тонн, что сопоставимо с июнем. Большая часть объемов используется для электростанций, которые в летний пик потребления энергии традиционно сжигают нефть и мазут с высоким содержанием серы.

Отгрузки в Индию увеличились на 65%, достигнув 0,6 млн тонн. Индийские НПЗ закупают российский мазут и ВГ как более дешевую альтернативу сырой нефти Urals.

При этом импорт российской нефти в страну в июле сократился примерно на четверть из-за уменьшения скидок и сокращения закупок рядом переработчиков.

После эмбарго Евросоюза, введенного в 2023 году, ключевыми рынками сбыта российских темных нефтепродуктов остаются Ближний Восток и Азия.
