Вчера в Абу-Даби состоялась встреча технического комитета ОПЕК и ОПЕК+, на которой представители стран-нефтепроизводителей обсуждали вопросы текущего исполнения обязательств по сокращению добычи нефти. Итогами совещания стало обещание Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов, Казахстана, Ирака и Малайзии более ответственно подойти к дальнейшему выполнению условий Венского соглашения. Этот вопрос будет поднят еще раз на следующем заседании комитета ОПЕК в августе. 

Перечисленные государства показали самый низкий уровень сокращения добычи «черного золота». Ирак снизил добычу нефти лишь на 29% от своего целевого объема в 210 тысяч баррелей в сутки. Арабские Эмираты сократили производство на 60%. А Казахстан и вовсе увеличил объемы добычи на 28 тысяч при квоте сокращения в 20 тысяч баррелей в сутки. 

В июле в Санкт-Петербурге, на прошлом заседании мониторингового комитета ОПЕК, было принято решение усилить контроль за выполнением обязательств всех участвующих в соглашении стран, учитывая в том числе и данные по экспорту углеводорода.
