Praha – Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže (ÚOHS) posuzuje vstup Renáty Kellnerové ze skupiny PPF do společnosti Nordic Investors Group (NIG) jejího partnera Tomáše Otruby. Vyplývá to z informace zveřejněné na webu antimonopolního úřadu. Transakci posuzuje v takzvaném zjednodušeném řízení a rozhodnutí tak vydá do 20 dnů. Kellnerová s Otrubou v úterý ve společné tiskové zprávě oznámili, že budou společně investovat do nemovitostí.
