Předseda SEC představil plány na regulaci příznivou pro kryptoměny

Předseda americké Komise pro cenné papíry a burzy (SEC) ve čtvrtek oznámil komplexní plány na reformu regulace kapitálových trhů, aby lépe vyhovovaly kryptoměnám a obchodování založenému na blockchainu.

Předseda SEC Paul Atkins prozradil, že pověřil zaměstnance komise vypracováním pokynů, které pomohou určit, kdy by měl být kryptoměnový token klasifikován jako cenný papír. Regulační reforma bude zahrnovat také návrhy na různé povinnosti zveřejňování informací a výjimky týkající se digitálních aktiv.

Tato regulační změna představuje významné vítězství pro odvětví digitálních aktiv, které dlouhodobě prosazuje pravidla specificky přizpůsobená kryptoměnám a technologii blockchainu.
