Руководство группы компаний Rambler&Co планирует в ближайшие годы провести процедуру первичного размещения акций (IPO).

Гендиректор Rambler Рафаэль Абрамян сообщил, что основным планам развития является через два-три года стать публичной компаний, увеличившись до размеров, достойных хорошего размещения.

Ранее Абрамян также заявлял, что перед компанией стоят амбициозные задачи по наращиванию бизнеса. В середине апреля стало известно, что Сбербанк приобретает 46% Rambler Group. Финансовая организация планирует вложить в развитие компании от 9 до 11 млрд рублей.
