Google se odvolá proti části rozhodnutí amerického soudu v monopolní kauze

Společnost Google (NASDAQ:GOOGL) plánuje podat odvolání proti „nepříznivé“ části soudního rozhodnutí v monopolním řízení, které proti technologickému gigantu vedlo americké ministerstvo spravedlnosti.

Americká okresní soudkyně Leonie Brinkema ve čtvrtek shledala společnost Google odpovědnou za „úmyslné získání a udržování monopolní moci“ na trzích vydavatelských reklamních serverů a reklamních burz.

Vydavatelské reklamní servery jsou platformy, které webové stránky používají k ukládání a správě svého inventáře digitální reklamy. Spolu s burzami reklamy tato technologie umožňuje vydavatelům zpravodajství a dalším poskytovatelům online obsahu vydělávat peníze prodejem reklamy.
