Резервный банк Австралии снизил ставку до исторического минимума

Резервный банк Австралии понизил значение базовой процентной ставки до 0,75%, до исторического минимума. Такое решение продиктовано слабым экономический ростом, который беспокоит чиновников регулятора в течение последних месяцев.

Главная причина замедления австралийской экономики – торговый конфликт между США и Китаем. Китай существенно снизил объемы покупки товаров Австралии, что оказало сильное негативное воздействие на экономику страны.

В результате американский доллар  подорожал по отношению к австралийскому доллару, а также достиг десятилетнего максимум по отношению к новозеландскому доллару.
